Sky Gridman (スカイグリッドマン, Sukai Guriddoman) is the Empyrean Combination (大空合体超人, Busō Gattai Chōjinn) form of Gridman and Vit in his Sky Vitter access form introduced in SSSS.GRIDMAN.
Technical Overview[]
Sky Gridman is Gridman's ultra aerial and agile upgrade form when combined with the Sky Vitter, where it becomes leg attachments with rocket-propelled jet thrusters, a jetpack and cockpit-themed HUD helmet. Mostly suited for flight combat where Vit's operable mind assists Gridman in his enhanced mobility through the thrusters on the back and front wings. The form adapts to supersonic flight and aerial combat proficiency with its high-powered laser cannons and jamming radar equipment that heightens Gridman's reaction time.
Attacks & Abilities[]
- Laser Cannons: After locking on to an enemy using the visor HUD, Sky Gridman can fire energy beams from both guns attached on the back.
- Lucky Smoke Screen (ラッキースモークスクリーン, Rakkī Sumōku Sukurīn): Smoke bombs fired from the back of rocket greaves to evade opponents and/or temporarily blind them. Due to released smoke's electric nature, the bombs may also capable in disrupting electronics like EMP.
- Grid Beam (グリッドビーム, Guriddo Bīmu): Though never actually used, Gridman is still capable of firing his normal Grid Beam.
