Thunder Gridman (サンダーグリッドマン, Sandaa Guridomann) is Gridman and God Zenon's Supergod Combination (超神合体, Gattai Choujin) form introduced in the Denkou Choujin Gridman series.

Technical Overview

The combination of Gridman with God Zenon to first gain the edge against Generadon. It is the most powerful of Gridman's forms giving full usage of the arsenal from his Assist Weapon suit of armor, while greatly boosting his strength and durability at the cost of degraded speed.

In the Demon King's Counterattack visual novel, Thunder Gridman gains an additional form called Full Power Gridman (フルパワーグリッドマン, Furu Pawā Guriddoman) which is Gridman's amalgamation with God Zenon and the Dyna Dragon. The form is portrayed as Thunder Gridman riding on King Jet, wielding the Dragonic Cannon.

• Thunder Grid Punch (サンダーグリッドパンチ, Thunder Grid Punch): A powerful punch.
• Thunder Grid Kick (サンダーグリッドキック, Thunder Grid Kick): A powerful kick 3 times the original version.
• Chest Beam: Thunder Gridman fires an energy beam from the crystal on his chest. Alongside Thunder Grid Fire, the technique become basis to Full-Powered Gridman's Breast Spark.
• God Tank Missiles: Thunder Gridman can project smaller missiles from his greaves.

Signature Attacks

• Thunder Grid Beam (サンダーグリッドビーム, Thunder Grid Beam): Thunder Gridman's enhanced Grid Beam which fired from the right hand.
• Drill Break (ドリルブレイク, Drill Break): Projecting Twin Driller's bore-tips as missiles. The technique become basis to Full-Powered Gridman's Twin Drill Spark.
• Thunder Grid Fire (サンダーグリッドファイヤー, Thunder Grid Fire): Fiery beam projected from the breastplate. Alongside Chest Beam, the technique become basis to Full-Powered Gridman's Breast Spark.
• Fixer Beam (フィクサービーム, Fixer Beam): As Thunder Gridman, its power is enhanced that he can restore more devastating of damages in Computer World.
• Dragonic Cannon: During full-power form.

Combination Attacks

• Dragon Spiral: Performed with King Grid Sigma's aid, he and Thunder Gridman projects energy beams which turn into three dragons that strike the opponent, hence the name.

Trivia

• The form would be later revised in the future as another form but with different identical components with varied combination gimmicks.
  • The extra mode from the novel would later serve as the etymology for its naming, but later altered during translation to avoid confusion.
